WiLAN, Hewlett-Packard Enter into License and Settlement Agreement


Wi-LAN (NASDAQ: WILN) today announced that WiLAN and Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) have entered into a patent license agreement and settled all pending patent litigation.Under the license agreement, HP has been granted a license related to certain WiLAN patents and HP wireless products. As a result, all litigation between the companies in Texas will be dismissed with prejudice.
