  • MaxLinear, Inc. MXL shares dipped 21.2% to $14.50 in pre-market trading after reporting downbeat results for the third quarter. Roth MKM downgraded MaxLinear from Buy to Neutral and lowered the price target from $35 to $18.
  • Mattel, Inc. MAT shares declined 10.2% to $18.05 in pre-market trading after reporting third-quarter results.
  • Pure Storage, Inc. PSTG shares declined 6.9% to $30.91 in pre-market trading.

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. META shares declined 3.3% to $289.65 in pre-market trading. Meta reported better-than-expected results for its third quarter. The company said it sees fourth-quarter revenue coming in a range of $36.5 billion to $40 billion.
  • Tesla, Inc. TSLA shares fell 2.7% to $206.73 in pre-market trading. Tesla recently reported third-quarter financial results that came in below estimates from analysts.
