U.S. stock futures traded higher this morning on Thursday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • Youdao, Inc. DAO shares tumbled 8.1% to $4.00 in pre-market.
  • E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. ETWO shares dipped 4.1% to $2.10 in pre-market trading as Redburn Atlantic analyst Alex Haissl downgraded the stock from Buy to Neutral and lowered the price target from $8.5 to $4. E2open shares fell 50% on Wednesday after the company reported second-quarter financial results.
  • FingerMotion, Inc. FNGR shares declined 4.1% to $5.85 in pre-market trading after gaining 7% on Wednesday.
  • Planet Fitness, Inc. PLNT shares fell 3.6% to $49.30 in pre-market trading after gaining around 3% on Wednesday.
  • Barclays PLC BCS shares declined 3.5% to $7.55 in pre-market trading.
  • Sharecare, Inc. SHCR shares tumbled 3.4% to $1.15 in pre-market trading after jumping 27% on Wednesday. On Oct. 3, director John Chadwick submitted a preliminary non-binding proposal to the board on behalf of private equity firm Claritas Capital, related to the proposed acquisition of all Sharecare shares not owned by reporting persons for $1.35 to $1.80 per share in cash.
  • Akero Therapeutics, Inc. AKRO fell 3% to $14.60 in pre-market trading after declining 17% on Wednesday. Akero Therapeutics recently reported a 36-week analysis of SYMMETRY, a 96-week Phase 2b study of efruxifermin (EFX) in patients with compensated cirrhosis (F4) due to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
