  • trivago N.V. (NASDAQ:TRVG) shares fell 14.2% to $1.15 in pre-market trading after the company posted weaker-than-expected second-quarter results.
  • SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SEDG) tumbled 13.1% to $208.00 in pre-market after the company posted second-quarter results and issued weak third-quarter guidance.
  • TMC the metals company Inc. (NASDAQ:TMC) shares dipped 12.2% to $1.38 in pre-market trading after the company issued corporate update on expected timeline, application costs and production capacity following part II Of the 28th session of the International Seabed Authority.
  • Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. (NASDAQ:SFM) shares declined 11% to $34.05 in pre-market trading after the company posted second-quarter results and announced retirement of CFO Lawrence Molloy.

  • Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SPCE) shares dipped 8.2% to $3.80 in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.
  • DBV Technologies S.A. (NASDAQ:DBVT) shares fell 8.1% to $1.48 in pre-market trading.
  • Lumen Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:LUMN) shares declined 7.8% to $1.87 in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.
  • Tilray Brands, Inc. (NYSE:TLRY) shares fell 7.4% to $2.20 in pre-market trading.
  • NIO Inc. (NYSE:NIO) shares declined 5.7% to $13.80 in pre-market trading. Nio delivered 20,462 vehicles last month, a 103.6% rise year-over-year.
  • Silk Road Medical, Inc (NASDAQ:SILK) fell 5.3% to $21.70 in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.
