Why Nikola Stock Is Getting Hammered

What Else?

Per an SEC filing and based on the closing bid price of the company’s common stock for the 30 consecutive business days prior to the May 24 notification, the company does not currently meet the minimum closing bid price requirement of $1.00.

In the event that the company does not regain compliance by November 20, 2023, the notification also states that the company may be eligible for additional time to regain compliance.
