iMedia Brands Names Montgomery Wageman As Finance Chief

iMedia Brands Inc IMBI had appointed Montgomery "Monty" Wageman as the SVP and CFO effective June 16.
Wageman most recently served as the VP, Corporate Controller.
CEO Tim Peterman had also been the interim CFO since Feb. 2020.
Price action: IMBI shares closed lower by 2.33% at $7.98 on Wednesday.
