GreenBox Names New Finance Chief, Risk Management Head

GreenBox POS GBOX announced the appointment of public accounting veteran Ben Chung as its new CFO and fraud and risk management veteran Bryan Rowland as Head of Risk Management.
Chung had played a vital role in the company’s uplisting to NASDAQ, multiple financing rounds, and becoming OTC compliant.
Price action: GBOX shares traded higher by 1.17% at $8.65 in the premarket session on the last check Tuesday.
