Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NYSE shares are trading higher on Thursday after the company said things are going well on its merger with PSA and that the two companies perfectly aligned on a deal.
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles makes passenger vehicles and light trucks. Its brands include Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, and Ram. The company also owns Comau, which makes industrial robots. Comau is to be separated after the closing of the merger with Peugeot.
Fiat Chrysler shares were trading up 4.77% at $11.86 in Thursday’s pre-market session. The stock has a 52-week high of $16.25 and a 52-week low of $6.
