Boeing BA shares are trading lower on Wednesday, potentially amid weakness in air travel names.

Airline stocks have been volatile amid vaccine updates and stimulus talks, while TSA checkpoint travel data showed the lowest traveler throughput numbers since Aug. 4.

The airline sector was one of the most affected sectors due to lower travel demands caused by the pandemic.

Boeing shares were trading down 3.12% at $174.51 at the time of publication on Wednesday. The stock has a 52-week high of $391 and a 52-week low of $89.
