announced Friday, that they have agreed that Land O'Lakes will acquire all of the outstanding capital stock of Ceres for $0.40 per share in cash, for a transaction valued at approximately $17.2 million. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 of 2016. Ceres closed at $0.38 on Friday, up 73%.
