AbbVie Acquires Stemcentrx for ~$5.8B in Cash, StockThe Deal

Approximately $2.0 billion of the transaction value will be paid in cash, with the balance in stock. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 of 2016. AbbVie closed at $61.20 on Thursday, up $0.50.
