The following are the M&A deals, rumors and chatter circulating on Wall Street for Monday December 7, 2015:

Keurig Green Mountain Reports Will Be Acquired by JAB Holding for $92/Share in Cash

The Deal:
Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR) and JAB Holding Company, announced Monday, that the companies have agreed that a JAB-led investor group will acquire Keurig Green Mountain for $92.00 per share in cash, for a total equity value of about $13.9 billion. The deal is subject to a vote of shareholders of a majority of Keurig Green Mountain's outstanding shares and is expected to close during Q1 of 2016.

Keurig Green Mountain rose more than 72% Monday, closing at $89.06.

Icahn Proposes to Acquire Pep Boys for $15.50/Share

The Offer:
Icahn Enterprises CEO Keith Cozza, sent a letter to Pep Boys (NYSE: PBY) on Monday, proposing to acquire the auto parts retailer for $15.50 per share in cash. The letter stated that the proposal was not subject to any due diligence, financing or antitrust conditions and that it was clearly superior to Bridgestone's $15.00 per share offer.

Icahn disclosed a 12.12% stake in Pep Boys on Friday.

Pep Boys rose 2.36% Monday, closing at $16.06.

Jiayuan.com International Enters Into Definitive Merger Agreement to Acquire Company for $5.04/Share Cash and $7.56/ADS

The Deal:
Jiayuan.com International Ltd. (NASDAQ: DATE) announced Monday, that it has entered a merger agreement with LoveWorld and FutureWorld Inc., to be acquired for $5.04 per ordinary share and $7.56 per ADS. The deal is currently expected to close no later than Q1 of 2016.

Jiayuan.com closed at $7.33 Monday, up 4.68%.

Newell Rubbermaid, Jarden Said to be in Merger Talks

The Rumor:
Shares of Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL) ad Jarden Corp. (NYSE: JAH) spiked sharply higher Monday, on a report from the Wall Street Journal that the companies are in discussions to merge, according sources. The potential terms of such a deal were not known.

Newell Rubbermaid closed at $48.16 Monday, up 7.43%, while Jarden rose 3.68%, to close at $50.09.
