announced today that the company has filed a registration statement on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and an application to list its American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") on the NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ"). The registration statement on Form 20-F does not allow public fund raising in the U.S. The NASDAQ listing application is subject to review by NASDAQ and dependent on the Company meeting all of the necessary listing requirements of NASDAQ. Accordingly, there can be no guarantee that the Company's application for listing of its ADSs on NASDAQ will be successful.
