was issued a U.S. patent for its Charge Pump System topology. This patented system can modify an output to control a NMOSFET switch, reducing switching loss of the system while the switch remains on. This invention was issued under U.S. patent number 9,118,238 with 22 claims. "In battery powered systems, low current operation is critical.
