• Wisconsin Energy WEC will acquire Integrys Energy TEG. Shares of WEC are down 3.1 percent while shares of TEG are up over 12 percent.
• Avago Technologies Limited AVGO will acquire PLX Technology PLXT. Shares of AVGO down less than one percent; Shares of PLXT up nine percent.
• Oracle ORCL will acquire MICROS Systems MCRS. Shares of ORCL up less than one percent; shares of MCRS up 3.3 percent

Rejections

• Shire plc. SHPG rejects offer from AbbVie ABBV. Shares of both companies are up less than one percent.
