UPDATE: Zogenix-Says Court Granted Temporary Restraining Order Preventing Implementation of Massachusetts Ban of Zohydro ER Extended-Release Capsules =8-K

On April 15, 2014, Zogenix

announced that, in connection with the previously disclosed lawsuit that the Company filed in the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts requesting a temporary restraining order preventing the implementation of the Commonwealth's ban of Zohydro™ ER (hydrocodone bitartrate) extended-release capsules, the Court entered such order on Constitutional grounds. This order will become effective on April 22, 2014.
