Rentrak Corporation (NASDAQ: RENT) today announced the worldwide weekend box office estimates for the weekend of Jan. 5, 2014 as compiled by the company's Box Office Essentials and International Box Office Essentials™ theatrical measurement services.

Rentrak's Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian commented, "It was a momentous weekend at the international box office with Warner Bros.
