Cherry Hill Mortgage Prices 6.5M Share IPO at $20.00/Share

(the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,500,000 shares of common stock at $20.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, October 4, 2013 under the symbol “CHMI.” In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on October 9, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
