Acacia Subsidiary Announces License Agreement With Plentyoffish Media

announced today that its Unified Messaging Solutions LLC subsidiary has entered into a license and settlement agreement with Plentyoffish Media Inc. This agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
