At Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholder meeting on Saturday, Warren Buffett said he recently walked away from a $22 billion dollar acquisition; however, Monday on CNBC, Buffett said that an acquisition of such amounts could still be on the table. John Reese, founder of Validea.com, is the author of The Guru Investor: How to Beat the Market Using History's Best Investment Strategies and a regular columnist for RealMoney.com and Forbes, appeared on CNBC well after Buffett appeared and dove into several companies that would meet Warren Buffett's investment criteria.
