ESIC), announced today that the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office confirmed the patentability of all the claims in EasyLink's
U.S. Patent No. 7,804,823, which the Company's
wholly-owned subsidiary, Xpedite Systems, LLC, has asserted in a patent
infringement lawsuit against j2 Global Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:
JCOM).
