On CNBC this morning, Sam Zell spoke on immigration in the United States. “This is a country of immigrants,” Zell said. “This is a country that has historically been flexible and nimble. I have no reason to believe it shouldn't continue to do that.” Zell said that the idea that we're giving out Ph.Ds but not green cards is absurd. “Our historical position has put us in a position where we can attract anyone in the world,” Zell added, noting that we have to adjust for that, and if we do, we can do anything. “The best days in America are ahead in America so long as we continue to be America.”
