Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America Corporation BAC, spoke to CNBC this afternoon about the possibility of a dividend in 2011.

Though nothing has been finalized yet, Moynihan said that the dividend would not occur until the second half of the year. And if the company does announce a dividend, it will be modest.

Moynihan also said that the bank's organic growth will become more visible, that its international operations are continuing to grow, and that it will not have to raise capital this year.

As far as growth is concerned, the company is focused on the top 20 economies, including Europe, Japan, Australia, India, and South Africa.
