Omnicom Buys Ptarmigan Media To Boost Financial Services Division

Omnicom Group Inc's OMC media services division, Omnicom Media Group, announced the acquisition of Ptarmigan Media for undisclosed terms.

Ptarmigan Media is a specialist agency offering comprehensive media and marketing solutions to financial services brands, serving clients across APAC, EMEA, and North America. 

Ptarmigan is headquartered in London and has several office locations worldwide for its 100+ media professionals.

Ptarmigan Media will continue to operate as an independent brand within Omnicom Media Group, led by its current management team.

Last month, OMC disclosed the buyout of Grabarz & Partner to boost its footprint in Germany

Price Action: OMC shares closed higher by 0.15% at $93.13 on Monday.
