Bitcoin Tops $31,000; eCash, Bitcoin Cash Among Top Gainers

Bitcoin BTC/USD moved higher, with the cryptocurrency prices surging past the key $31,000 level on Friday.

Ethereum ETH/USD, also traded higher, but remained below the key $1,900 mark this morning.

eCash XEC/USD was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while Toncoin TON/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $1.2 trillion, recording a 24-hour gain of 1.5%. BTC was trading higher by 2.9% at $31,029 while ETH rose by around 1.4% to $1,896 on Friday.
