Onfleet And Aeropay Announce Partnership, Will Streamline Cannabis Delivery & Payment Process

Businesses can now easily accept ACH payments from Aeropay, integrated with Onfleet’s last-mile delivery management software platform.

The Deal: Onfleet, the leading last-mile delivery management software company and Aeropay, the digital payments provider for the cannabis industry announced a partnership that integrates both companies' strengths and services. Onfleet and Aeropay work with a variety of retail businesses offering delivery to help streamline the delivery and payment process - especially useful for cannabis retailers.

As consumers shift from shopping at storefronts to buying cannabis products online, Aeropay enables cannabis businesses to offer an appealing compliant and cashless digital payment method for customers. Cannabis delivery companies have to comply with a number of state and local regulations for document compliance, which can be challenging for businesses that are managing a growing fleet of delivery drivers. Onfleet is a trusted platform that cannabis dispensaries can use to manage drivers, plan routes, fulfill deliveries and ensure compliance with local regulations.

“By using Onfleet and Aeropay, dispensaries can automate their payment and delivery workflow using the most advanced technologies in last-mile delivery,” said Onfleet’s Chris Garrison, director of Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships. “Part of our integration and partnership strategy is to help streamline operations for our customers, attract new customers through our partnerships and make our solution more useful for people every day.”

Onfleet continues to integrate with new partners with complementary software, which is beneficial for customers and their consumers. Aeropay can be found in Onfleet’s new Integrations Marketplace and the partnership is open to any Onfleet customer that is interested in integration.

Founded in 2012, Onfleet is a San Francisco Series B SaaS startup that specializes in last-mile delivery management software for customers such as retailers, restaurateurs, florists, construction suppliers and cannabis dispensaries.

“Aeropay is focused on making it simple for consumers to make cash-free digital payments for their home delivery,” said Aeropay’s Robert Braun, head of partnerships. “By partnering with Onfleet, we can make it even easier for retailers to provide a best-in-class delivery experience for their customers. Once the delivery is complete, payments are automatically processed with Aeropay’s turnkey solution, simplifying payment for retailers who use Onfleet’s fully-compliant software platform.”
