Caduceus Software Systems Provides Summer / Fall Corporate Update

JOHNSON, RI / ACCESSWIRE / September 21, 2016 / Caduceus Software Systems Corp., (OTC: CSOC) ("the company") would like to update shareholders on progress as we emerge from an extended quiet period. We have now launched our corporate website www.caduceussoftware.net and will continue to build the website as events unfold. It is a fresh website dedicated to our core client base who will understand our low-level (technical level) offerings.

The website aims to reach a specific target group which are IT managers and decision makers for solutions and software provisioning. In the spirit of the "open internet community", the company will occasionally put out tips and notifications relating to our offerings, VMware, Linux, and Amazon AWS, for free to contribute to the community and to propagate useful technical information to our fellow IT system administrators around the world.

The company would also like to take this time to announce that it has engaged XBRL Associates, INC. to begin the process of bringing the company current on its filings with OTC markets. The Company seeks to create a culture of transparency that a fully reporting status ensures.

The Company president has been visiting datacenter sites in Dallas, Texas last year and companies that focus on the educational market. He has also fostered relationships with Atlas Cloud Services in Canada and AEBC networks for potential peering network agreements. Richard Tang has been on site to K-12 elementary and high schools to learn about the hardware and future software needs and to see how the Company's expertise can potentially help them in efficiency and redundancy and cost effectiveness for their future upgrades. "These relationships that have been established will help the company create a network peering loop which will be ultimately be more cost effective than relying on a sole ISP," says Richard Tang.

The Company has server assets which have been tuned for generic use, with VMware ESXi platform. It has engaged in some minor, yet fruitful trials in the education, cloud SaaS accounting services, and also for its client to make proof of concept (POC) code cloud compiling. Thus far 3 client clients have been engaged and use our services on a limited basis. The president believes that Cloud computing is an important aspect to clients for the sake of mobility and storage redundancy and "instant on, instant ready". I feel that the clients have given us enough clear evidence that they want their apps to work, and that they will pay for the security for the obfuscated requirements to make their apps work.

The company is actively searching for new contracts which it hopes to provide further details on in the near future. We look forward to providing additional updates as they unfold. The company would like to thank its shareholders for their continued support through this quiet period.
