In a research note released Wednesday, D.A. Davidson analyst Mark Kelleher initiated a Neutral rating and a price target of $14.00 on A10 Networks ATEN.
The analyst said that A10 has “significant growth potential,” and estimates the ADC market to be over $2 billion. The difference between the company's new operating system and that of its competitors is that it incorporates a shared memory architecture to provide high-speed performance.
In addition, the company has new products coming out, which makes it growth oriented. The company also has a strong balance sheet.
Shares of A10 are down 1.55 percent Wednesday.
