In a report published Monday, Jefferies & Company terminated its coverage on Ancestry.com

Jefferies noted, “We are dropping coverage of Ancestry.com following the closure of the company's acquisition by UK-based private equity firm Permira. The company completed the $1.6B acquisition on 12/28/2012. Our last rating on the stock was a Hold with a $32 price target, which was derived using a 10-year DCF. Previous risks included maturation of the segment.”
Ancestry.com closed on Friday at $32.05.
