DRN) is about 48% higher year to date, as well as up about 9% in the past week. The investment seeks daily investment results of 300% of the performance of the MSCI US REIT Index. The nondiversified fund normally creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities that comprise the index, or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index.

ProShares UltraPro S&P 500 (NYSE:
UPRO) is up more than 40% since the beginning of the year, including rising more than 7% in the past week. This investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to three times (3x) the daily performance of the underlying index. The nondiversified fund concentrates its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent as the index. Apple and Exxon Mobil (NYSE:
XOM) are top holdings.

The fund invests normally in Benchmark Component Futures Contracts or in other Soybean Futures Contracts trade on the CBOT or on foreign exchange.
