Homebuilder offers spacious new homes in established Paradise Hills neighborhood, from the low-$600,000s

KB Home KBH today announced the grand opening of Parkview Terrace, its latest community of single-family new homes in the commuter-friendly Paradise Hills area of San Diego. The community represents one of the few opportunities to own a new home on a conventional lot with a full driveway in this well-established neighborhood. Convenient to Interstate 805 and Highways 54 and 125, Parkview Terrace is close to San Diego Bay and offers easy access to employment centers and other destinations throughout San Diego County.

Residents at Parkview Terrace can enjoy a plethora of local recreational opportunities. Parkside Neighborhood Park is adjacent to the community, and the Chula Vista Golf Course and the Bonita Museum and Cultural Center, where visitors can take in rotating exhibits and learn more about local history, are just minutes away. Nearby Las Palmas Park is the site of the Camacho Recreation Center and the Las Palmas Pool, and Paradise Hills Skate Park offers ramps, rails, and other features. Residents can also enjoy Parkview Terrace's proximity to the San Diego School for the Creative and Performing Arts and the Westfield Plaza in Bonita, which features shopping, dining, and entertainment.

At Parkview Terrace, KB Home plans to construct a total of 37 two-story residences, available in two distinct, large home designs of either 2,221 or 2,507 square feet. Depending on a homebuyer's choice of floor plan and structural options, the homes at Parkview Terrace can accommodate up to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a two-car-garage. Pricing starts from the low-$600,000s.

KB homebuyers at Parkview Terrace will have the opportunity to personalize many aspects of their new home as part of KB Home's unique homebuilding experience. In addition to choosing their home's community location, floor plan, and structural options, buyers may select from a wide range of flooring, cabinets, lighting, and other interior finishes and amenities to fit their taste and budget at the KB Home Design Studio, a retail-like design center.

All new KB homes, including those at Parkview Terrace, are built to ENERGY STAR 3.0® guidelines and include Water Sense® labeled faucets and fixtures, meaning they are designed to be more energy- and water-efficient than most typical new and resale homes available in the area.

The Parkview Terrace sales office is located at the intersection of Parkside Avenue and Landscape Drive in San Diego. From Highway 54, exit Reo Drive heading north. Turn right on Parkside Avenue, left on Landscape Drive and left on Lucia Jade Loop to sales center. The sales center is open from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Mondays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Fridays, and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
