Citi is raising its TP for Kohl's Corp.

from $69 to $70, as well as its target for Macy's

to from $31 to $32. Citi is also lowering its target on shares of Target Corp.

, which drops from $69 to $68. Kohl's Corp. closed at $54.76; Macy's closed at $25.40; Target closed at $49.62.
