23 Notable Presentations On The CES 2017 Schedule

The 2017 CES tradeshow is set to take place on Las Vegas between January 5 and January 8, 2017. However, there will several pre-show announcements starting from January 4.

The event, which is a showcase of latest consumer electronics products — predominantly cars — is a potential catalyst for many stocks, especially autos and semiconductor. Autonomous driving is expected to hold the limelight at the 2017 CES, where several players would showcase new innovation, technology, and various automotive electronics solutions.

According to KeyBanc analysts, this year’s show will focus on the convergence of technology on the automotive sector, artificial intelligence in the consumer categories and wearables collection.

23 Presentations To Follow

The event will see several companies making presentations about their products and services. Here are the 23 notable ones to follow:

  1. Ambarella Inc (NASDAQ: AMBA) could provide updates regarding its progress on implementing the computer vision assets it acquired over a year ago for applications like drones and security cameras.
  2. Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) will highlight its automotive solutions, IoT applications, wearable health, consumer audio and imaging, and human interface.
  3. Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV) will present its artificial intelligence technology for safe autonomous development. Investors would look for evidence of win rate improvement for their mono and stereo vision product segment.
  4. The market will be on the lookout for Broadcom Ltd (NASDAQ: AVGO) to provide updates on mobile smartphone and data center trends, in addition to its 2017 outlook.
  5. Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: CY) is expected to offer an update on its progress in automotive sector.
