JP Morgan Is Sticking With Qualcomm, Ciena, CommScope

• Shares of Commscope Holding Company Inc COMM, Nimble Storage Inc NMBL, QUALCOMM, Inc. QCOM and Ciena Corporation CIEN are down YTD.
• JPMorgan’s Rod Hall maintained Overweight ratings for all four companies.

Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District [CFISD], which is the third-largest school district in Texas, has plans to upgrade its network with Ciena and Phonoscope LIGHTWAVE, a leading private fiber optic network service provider, analyst Rod Hall said.

CFISD would deploy a private optical network to leverage high-capacity networking solutions from Phonoscope LIGHTWAVE and Ciena. CFISD is building a 100G network, and the new 100G high-capacity network is expected to support 128,000 students and staff across Houston, Hall mentioned.
