Trip Chowdhry, managing director of research for Global Equities Research, told Benzinga that he expects “fabulous” numbers of of Apple Inc. AAPL earnings, but mixed guidance.
“The reason I say that the ending March quarter guidance could be mixed is because many of the initiatives that are being put in place will start making impact starting the June ending quarter. April is when you will see a lot of traction,” he said.
Chowdhry went on to say that the Global Equities Research estimates for the June-ending quarter are much higher than the consensus because there are a lot of things that are going to play out in the June quarter and beyond.
“First and foremost is the products that are being launched right now will be launched across the globe. They have market share across almost every geographic location,” he said.
Chowdhry added that Apple has improved its enterprise adoption.
Apple traded around 1.68 percent lower at $111.45 on Tuesday.
