In a research note published Wednesday, Citi upgraded Lamar Advertising Company

from Neutral to Buy while also raising the price target from $54 to $55.50. Citi's research analyst Jason Bazinet based his raised price target principally on a reduction in 2015 cash interest expense. Shares of Lamar Advertising are up 1.5 percent to $48.66 at last check.
