Benchmark analyst Gary Mobley published a report on MoSys (NASDAQ: MOSY) that reiterated its Speculative Buy rating with a price target of $7.50 after the announcement of Gearbox, a new product line.

In the report Benchmark said, “MoSys announced a new product called Linespeed 100G Multi-Mode Gearbox IC (integrated circuit), a chip used in high speed networking applications. Gearbox handles physical layer (PHY) SerDes tasks on a line cards while Bandwidth Engine temporarily stores data packet information on the same line card.”
