According to a research report published this morning, Bank of America has increased Citrix Systems'
CTXS PO from $80 to $84.
In the report, Bank of America said, "Although lic. updates continue to accelerate to double digit, the key question is whether Desktop license growth can stay in high teens or decelerate to mid to low teens. This is similar to VMW, also seeing its maintenance outpacing license growth. We are raising our FY12 ests for total rev to $2,546mn from $2,501mn and EPS to $2.77 from $2.72. We note that investments and flat OM in C12 mean that despite the EPS beat in Q1, EPS ests for rest of C12 actually decrease."
Bank of America maintains its Neutral rating on Citrix Systems, which closed yesterday at $77.17.
