The following cases were pending as of 30-Sep-11: 33 individual smoking and health cases; 5,771 Engle progeny cases; 100 West Virginia individual personal injury cases (consolidated); 6 class action cases; and one healthcare cost recovery case.” VGR closed yesterday at $17.67.
