According to the report, "Nancy Shachtman, a longtime GES executive, recently in charge of its wholesale division, was appointed President of North America in March. With her expanded responsibilities, she is now responsible as well for its retail segment with her focus upon merchandising along with marketing changes. A key change now underway at Guess is to merchandise by lifestyle and focus upon outfitting as opposed to item selling." GES has a Buy Rating and a $58 PT. GES closed yesterday at $39.35 a share.
