Keefe, Bruyette & Woods said that following Alliance Data's 1Q11 earnings announcement, it is raising its 2011 and 2012 Core EPS estimates to $7.16 (from $6.74) and $7.90 (from $7.59), respectively to reflect higher card revenue yields and improving credit quality. “We are raising our price target to $96 from $93, but maintaining our Market Perform rating.
