customers are most satisfied with their smartphone devices, scoring 800 on a 1,000-point scale. Motorola

handsets placed second at 791 and HTC handsets third scoring 781. BlackBerry came in 4th at 737, below the industry standard of 764. It is interesting how tight the ratings were. 3. T-Mobile announced it had begun pre-orders for the HTC G2 for $200 after a $50 mail-in rebate on a 2-year contract. Existing postpaid customers who pre-order before October 4th are expected to receive the handset before October 6th. The G2 is the first Android OS handset to utilize T-Mobile's upgraded HSPA+ network.
