Markets to Remain Volatile: Analyst Tells CNBC (CY, FCS)

In an interview with CNBC, Sarat Sethi, partner and portfolio manager with Douglas C. Lane & Associates, said that he is optimistic about the market. But he also cautioned that stocks will remain volatile for the next six months. He advised investors to take a longer view of two to three years and invest in companies which are valued cheaply. He shared his preference for consumer space. He added, “I like the semi space, especially the specialized semi-space, the consumer space and staple space.” He also shared his stock picks.
