Deutsche Bank analysts Mike Baker and Adam Sindler increased long term earnings power assumptions on higher sales and margin expectations for O'Reilly Automotive
ORLY.
"They key to our positive outlook on O’Reilly Auto Parts is improving the productivity at acquired stores. We believe this story is gaining traction as conversions continue to perform well. Additionally, we believe that the current economic environment is favorable for a defensive retailer like ORLY, with some economic improvement driving higher average ticket trends, but still enough uncertainty to maintain traffic growth as well."
O'Reilly is currently Buy by Deutsche bank with a price target of $58.00. ORLY is currently trading at $49.48.
