The Partnership will participate in any potential appreciation in each farm following exercise of the Farm Option for that farm. This exercise is most likely to occur either when the farm is sold by the farmer/owner or when the farmer/owner decides to repurchase the Farm Option.

The Corn Belt, as the name implies, is the region of the country spanning Ohio to Iowa that produces large volumes of non-irrigated corn and soybean yields. The Dove Farm is located in Fillmore County, Minnesota, one mile north of the Iowa border. The Panther Creek Farm is located on the edge of Auburn, Illinois in Sangamon County. This region of central Illinois is characterized by fertile soils inherent to the consistent productivity of the Corn Belt which is reflected in the area’s farmland prices.
