Shares of Rocket Companies, Inc. (NYSE:RKT) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company announced it will acquire Redfin in an all-stock transaction valued at $12.50 per share.

Rocket Companies shares dipped 11% to $14.04 in the pre-market trading session.
