NVIDIA Corporation NVDA shares are trading higher by $2.40 at $98.85 in Thursday's session. The issue is a top performer in the market in 2016, as it has tripled from its year-end close of $32.96, when it reached $99.79 earlier in today's session.
Just in the last three sessions, it has rallied over $10.00 at today's peak from Monday's closing price of $89.59. On Wednesday, the issue added over $5.00 on extremely heavy volume aided by large purchases from break-out and momentum traders.
Going to back to Q2 of 2012, the company has an impressive streak of 18 quarterly EPS beats and has only missed on revenues on one occasion.
