Imperva Inc IMPV shares are trading lower by $6.75 (14.4 percent) at $39.90 in Wednesday's session. As the company seeks a higher price for its sale, potential buyers appear to be balking at their desired price.
Back on October 5, at the height of takeover speculation, the issue peaked at $54.31 and ended that session at $54.22.
Now it is in midst of a 10-day losing streak, that has taken the issue as low as $38.30 in today's session before rebounding back toward the $40 area That low is just above a pair of lows in the issue from June 13 ($37.98) and June 14 ($37.97).
