Eli Lilly Punished For Inline Report

Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY) share are trading lower by $2.85 at $78.91 in Thursday’s session. Investors are not pleased with its inline report for EPS and slight beat for revenues.

After a flat open, it rallied to $82.49 before reversing course. The ensuing free fall did not find support until $77.22 before staging a rebound. That level coincides with its October 23 low of $77.27.

Since making that low, it has been finding intraday resistance at $79.50 area.
