shares are trading higher by $0.50 at $113.43 in Tuesday's session. The issue has one of most volatile trading session in years following the announcemetn the company will not be pursuing REIT status. Instead, the company plans raise its dividend and focus on re-franchising. After a 45 minute halt , the issue swooned from $112.89 to $110.75 before exploding to the upside. So far, the rally has taken to a new all time high ($114.99), easily surpassing the former all time high of $113.96. In order to post a new all time closing high, it will need to settle above Friday's close of $113.31.
